Welcome! Every day we follow in the ways of the Ice Man by doing simple breathing exercises and cold exposure. This will help us be happy, healthy and strong.
Wim Hof has a free app that explains things well and has handy timers. But the app isn't necessary.

Cold exposure: Just a cold shower, coldest setting. Or fill your bath tub with ice and get in.
