Welcome! Every day we follow in the ways of the Ice Man by doing simple breathing exercises and cold exposure. This will help us be happy, healthy and strong.

Cold exposure: Just a cold shower, coldest setting. Or fill your bath tub with ice and get in.

Wim Hof has a free app that explains things and has handy timers.

Report your achievement to this group. Just a sentence about what you did or a screenshot. It's totally up to you how much or little you want to do each day. Could be just one round of breathing or a 30-second shower.
