Instructions:
Follow in the way of the Ice Man and get high on your own supply. Every day we will do Wim Hof breathing, breath-hold push-ups and/or cold exposure. Report your achievement to this group either with a sentence about what you did or a screenshot.

Cold shower or ice bath: Just a cold shower, coldest setting. Or fill your bath tub with ice and get in.
Wim Hof has a free app that explains things and has handy timers.
It's totally up to you how much or little you want to do each day. Could be just one round of breathing or a 30-second shower.
Rules:
Pacing Thing automatically removes group members who are not committed. In this group, you are allowed to miss 4 assignments. On strike 5, you are out!
