Exercise in any way you want, five times per week to stay in this group. You are allowed to miss three of the required exercises over the two months.
This group operates in 28-day "seasons".
As you can see below, the due dates for the "assignments" are all at the end of the week. That just means that you have to do all five of the week's exercises before the week is done.
Rules:
Pacing Thing automatically removes group members who are not committed. In this group, you are allowed to miss 3 assignments. On strike 4, you are out!
