Instructions:

We gotta cover the basics, if we expect our lives to go well. Exercise is one of them.

Every day do at least two minutes of exercise. Report to the group what you did.

"What gets measured gets managed" so don't hesitate to report numbers. It isn't a contest -- except with yourself -- but we want to see whatever numbers you are tracking. Ex. How many minutes or kilometers did you walk?. Of course if you don't want to share, that's fine too. Just saying you don't have to be shy about it.


Rules:

Pacing Thing automatically removes group members who are not committed. In this group, you are allowed to miss 6 assignments. On strike 7, you are out!
