Doomsday Prepping... for fun & sport

Instructions:
To prepare for collapse, we must learn many skills and take many small steps. For example, you cannot go from no gardening and hunting skills and expect to be able to survive like your ancestors did.
In this group educate yourself and prepare to survive, either for fun and sport, perhaps you'd like to learn some of the crafts your grandparents were able to do, or maybe because in the back of your mind you wonder where this is all headed.
Take some action each day, for 21 days.
I recommend choosing one project and working on it for the whole stretch rather than trying to decide every day what to work on.
You could:
- Garden (if you feel you are learning something new by doing so)
- Study small scale agriculture
- Learn to fix things (ex. take apart a chain saw and put it back together)
- Make a hunting bow or practice shooting
- Learn to track animals
- Learn about wild mushrooms and go picking to practice
- Practice making your own clothing
- Build a cabin and live in it
- Etc.
Rules:
Pacing Thing automatically removes group members who are not committed. In this group, you are allowed to miss 6 assignments. On strike 7, you are out!
