Instructions:

Welcome! You gotta cover the basics in life and exercise is one of them. It's so obvious!

Exercise in any way you want, five times per week to stay in this group. You are allowed to miss three of the required exercises over the two months. On the forth strike, you are out. :(

This group operates in two-month "seasons". If you finish the first season successfully, you have the option to keep going into our next season.

As you can see below, the due dates for the "assignments" are all at the end of the week. That just means that you have to do all five of the week's exercises before the week is done :)

NOTE: CHRISTINE HAS INCREASED THE NUMBER OF ALLOWED STRIKES FROM TWO TO THREE BECAUSE THE RULES WERE NOT CLEAR TO EVERYONE. SO NOW YOU HAVE THIS BONUS STRIKE.


Rules:

Pacing Thing automatically removes group members who are not committed. In this group, you are allowed to miss 3 assignments. On strike 4, you are out!
